Brief Profile :
Prof. Dr. K. Mahammad Rafi holds a Ph.D. and Post Doctorate (USA) along with an LLB (India). He has authored over 64 research papers in reputed national and international journals and holds 17 patents. He has been an invited speaker at more than 80 international conferences across 8 countries. With extensive academic and R&D experience, he has served as a faculty member in prominent engineering institutions and continues to contribute as a visiting professor, delivering lectures at various colleges.
He serves the Government of India as an RMoC and VTaskForce Member for NITI Aayog. Since 2018, he has been an Evaluator and Jury Member for prestigious MHRD Innovation Cell activities, including the Smart India Hackathon, Sansadhan Hackathon, and IIC Regional Meets. Additionally, he serves as a Jury Member for innovation activities at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UTM), Malaysia.
As the Founder and President of NextGen University International, USA, Prof. Dr. Rafi leads an institution with global recognition and official partnership with the United Nations, facilitating valid certification processes and online courses. Leveraging his vast experience in academics, R&D, and innovation, he has been appointed as Member – Board of Trustees, Professor (R&D-Innovation), and Global Director – Distance/Online Learning for Crown University and three other universities, where he actively contributes to advancing academic and research activities.
Prof. Dr. Rafi is also planning to establish the Legal Advisor Consortium for Startups (LACS) under Bharathiya Suvidhan Law Associates & Co. as its Managing Director. This initiative aims to provide hassle-free legal services, arbitration support, and comprehensive assistance to startups, small-scale companies, industries, and businesses.
